This person oversees the different functions of the food and beverage areas including banquets, restaurant, room service and bar at different times within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling and training of staff.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements as necessary
- Monitor financial transactions and budget adherence, including payroll
Salary Hourly Range:56,000-79,000
Responsibilities include:

Qualifications
- Previous experience in Hotel Room Service, Stewarding, Fine Dining, and Beverage strongly preferred.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
- Experience with training, financial management and customer service
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
- Previous luxury brand experience preferred
- Previous experience with managing in a union environment strongly preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
