Our culinary offerings are a cornerstone of the Spruce Peak experience. We partner with local farms for globally-inspired, locally-sourced seasonal menus, weddings and world-class events. We are looking to add an Assistant Pastry Chef to our Culinary team! This position will assist in preparing creative desserts, pastries, and baked goods in accordance with portion and quality standards specified by the Lodge at Spruce Peak.

Qualifications
- Three years of pastry experience required
- Knowledge of pastry and baking products
- Able to work flexible hours and days including weekends and holidays
