The current full hourly range for this position is $28.97 - $30.10.

As an Assistant Site Lead, you’ll support day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality implementation of curriculum and support strong student engagement. You’ll help foster a positive site culture rooted in fun, safety, and inclusion! You will help create a fun, welcoming environment where kids can learn, grow, and build a stronger sense of community.
You’ll play a key role in supporting staff with behavior management and problem-solving, helping the entire team work together smoothly and effectively. With hands-on training from experienced team members and all the resources you need, you'll step into a rewarding role in youth programming. This role is perfect for individuals with emerging experience in youth programs, education, or recreation who are passionate about making a difference and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.**Applications are reviewed as they are received. Implement, lead and/or oversee programming and activities in an assigned program area
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to:
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Observe applicable safety requirements, use safety equipment provided, implement appropriate safety practices at all times and report immediately any unsafe working conditions or hazards.
