Job Description
Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $28.97.
The current full hourly range for this position is $28.97 - $30.10.
Be a part of an energetic team serving as a Club B Assistant Site Lead! Under the supervision of an assigned supervisor, serve as an afterschool Assistant Site Lead on school campus and assist the day-to-day management of the Club B program operations, which includes Clubs, Enrichment Learning Opportunities (ELO's), and Sports at specific Tacoma Public Schools (TPS) Middle School locations.
In this role, you will be a crucial piece of a team of OST (Out of School Time) professionals to support after school enrichment programs to TPS students. This position supports the Site Lead, assisting with daily operations and ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all Club B participants. In this role, you’ll be able to work with the Site Leads on site to support the full site team, including Instructors, Interns, and Families.As an Assistant Site Lead, you’ll ensure implementation of high-quality curriculum and support strong student engagement. You’ll help foster a positive site culture rooted in fun, safety, and inclusion while creating a welcoming environment where kids can learn, grow, and build a stronger sense of community.
You’ll play a key role in supporting staff with behavior management and problem-solving, helping the entire team work together smoothly and effectively. With hands-on training from experienced team members and all the resources you need, you'll step into a rewarding role in youth programming. This role is perfect for individuals with emerging experience in youth programs, education, or recreation who are passionate about making a difference and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
