Our client is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join their team!

This role is fully onsite in Fairfield, CT. To be considered, you must have STRONG experience analyzing data and excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:
-Execute key brand management initiatives and support the new product innovation cycle
-Analyze brand and competitive data with actionable insights and recommendations
-Support the Director to execute innovation projects from ideation through commercialization. 
-Help launch products and manage all product stages, including managing full product lifecycle development, in-market, and post-launch analysis.
-Assist with the development of positioning, consumer opportunity, creation of an impactful sell story, and execution of 360 marketing
-Develop a holistic view of macro trends, category, and competitive landscape insights to help identify key opportunities 
-Create, update, and analyze ongoing monthly brand health analysis and KPls and other ad hoc Identifies key business drivers and opportunities to drive brand growth on an ongoing basis.
-Create and manage timelines and milestones, and work through challenges towards resolution. 
-Serve as a brand leader within the organization, driving collaboration among teams.
-Interpret financial impact by understanding P&L's
-Quantify the size of the opportunity, financial impact and build a business case to support
-Lead initiatives that drive the company values throughout the organization

Qualifications: 
-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in consumer packaged goods or the food & beverage industry
-Prior experience launching products and managing through all product stages- managing full product lifecycle development, in market, and post-launch analysis.
-Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
-Must be highly proficient in working through market, competitive, trend, and sales data, and can easily synthesize insights into actionable insights
-Well-versed in NIQ (Nielsen) or Circana (IRI), and panel data (Numerator)
-Familiarity with Club channels helpful, including Costco, Sam's, and BJ's
-Able to create a strong, collaborative environment by being team-oriented
-Excellent presentation skills; is comfortable and confident working with others and presenting to Leadership
-Exceptional time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can easily pivot as needed
-MBA preferred, but not required
