Become a pivotal member of our Team at Animal Health Global Supplier Management (AH-GSM), where approximately 200 dedicated professionals work collaboratively to ensure the compliant, competitive, and innovative acquisition of goods and services from our suppliers and partners. We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead and oversee project management office (PMO) activities focusing on outsourcing and transfers. In this role, you will set the standard for project management excellence while driving impactful projects to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish PMO Standards: Develop and enforce project management standards, processes, and best practices that align with organizational goals.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and implement a standardized reporting system to monitor project progress, performance metrics, and deliver key results to stakeholders.

  • Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with scope.

  • Progress Tracking: Regularly conduct project reviews and status meetings to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of project activities.

  • Support and Development: Provide administrative and operational support to project managers and team members while maintaining a repository of project documentation and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years in PMO leadership, people management, and project execution, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.

Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience managing multiple projects within a PMO environment.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Excellent team management capabilities with a focus on developing talent.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution.

  • Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of procurement sourcing processes, particularly in contract manufacturing organization (CMO) sourcing activities.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing PMO policies and procedures.

  • Ability to provide training and mentorship to project managers to enhance team performance.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:

$126,500.00 - $199,100.00

Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
