Job Description
Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will perform analyses and reporting for your assigned financial areas while supporting additional financial research and evaluations of business operations. You will partner across the business to provide analytics, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan support, monthly forecasting, metrics and scorecard updates, and periodclose activities.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Be a partner for your assigned function on accounting and financerelated questions, assessing business needs, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating issues and results clearly to partners.
- Participate in the preparation and compilation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan for related balance sheet accounts.
- Update the monthly forecast for your assigned function to reflect business changes and provide actionable, forwardlooking commentary and guidance to partners.
- Participate in monthend and quarterend close activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and resolution of unusual items.
- Provide comprehensive financial analyses and models for product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing.
- Contribute to rotating project work across areas such as new product development, manufacturing, and agricultural operations.
- Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and reporting.
- Participate in financewide projects based on business needs.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
- 1 or more years of general business or financial experience preferred
- Experience with financial systems and general accounting concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP or similar tools is a plus

Compensation
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
