What You Will Be Doing

Join our dynamic Facilities Management team as an Associate Manager, Facilities and Utilities, where you'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, you'll oversee daily facility operations, uphold compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement through optimized procedures and stakeholder collaboration. You'll lead energy budgeting efforts, monitor usage, and advocate for cost-saving policy changes, all while maintaining critical infrastructure and systems. What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Engineering or related field preferred

  • Minimum 2+ years in facilities management

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally overseeing hourly maintenance staff

  • Regular presence in manufacturing environments with exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

  • Local travel to facilities, vendors, and training sites required

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with staff, vendors, and clients
