Associate Plant Human Resources Generalist (Onsite)
Job Description
Reporting to the Manager Plant Human Resources, you will support the Fort Madison, Iowa manufacturing plant through employee relations, investigations, labor relations support, staffing activities, payroll coordination, time and attendance tracking, leave of absence management, and leadership coaching, while growing your Human Resources expertise. This role is onsite at our manufacturing facility.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Support employee relations topics, workplace concerns, and coaching needs.
Assist with investigations and partner with leaders on policy application.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate time and attendance records.
Manage leave of absence tracking and communication.
Support hourly staffing, onboarding, and development activities.
Help deliver Human Resources metrics and routine reporting.
Build relationships with employees and leaders to support plant needs.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience and knowledge in HR either in a professional or educational setting.
Experience with payroll, tracking time and attendance, and leaves of absence.
Experience with employee relations, investigations, leadership coaching, and labor laws or a desire and motivation to learn these concepts.
Familiarity with HR Systems such as Workday and UKG or similar.
Skilled in communication, organization, and problem solving.
Comfort working in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
This role is onsite at our manufacturing facility.

Compensation
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
