About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Partnership Development Advisor to support Wealthspire's M&A growth initiatives and the expansion of Fiducient’s Financial Institutions and Investment Research business. In this role, you will identify, assess, and engage potential acquisition and partnership targets while driving the distribution of Fiducient’s investment research capabilities to prospective partners.
The ideal candidate will combine strong research, pipeline management, and relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of business strategy. You will play a key role in helping our leadership team grow the firm’s footprint through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships across the financial services landscape.

What We Offer:
We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $132,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
