Position Summary
The Bankruptcy Assistant plays an important role by preparing reaffirmation agreements, works invoices and reviews supporting documents in accordance with bankruptcy regulations and handles inbound phone calls. The position works to ensure systems are updated, statuses are communicated, and bankruptcy court submissions are prepared within required timeframes.
Compensation
This role is a non-exempt position with a Targeted Salary Range of $20/hr - $27/hr. Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
