This is a dynamic leadership role at the forefront of Massachusetts’ CBHC initiative, providing rapid access and comprehensive behavioral health services for adults, youth, and families. You’ll guide a skilled team of clinicians supporting individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs—helping transform how care is delivered in the community.
What You’ll Do
As the manager for the Co-Occurring CBHC Component team, you will:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team providing integrated co-occurring treatment
- Supervise and coach licensed and license-eligible clinical staff
- Ensure high-quality care, timely access, and documentation compliance
- Collaborate across internal programs and community partners
- Foster a trauma-informed, person-centered, and equitable team culture
What You’ll Bring
- Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed care, harm reduction, equity, and continuous improvement
Schedule: Full-time, flexible day shift with some evening/weekend on-call coverage as needed
Pay Rate: $79,567.48 to $84,872.11/salaried depending on experience!

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Intermediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver’s License and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling with Independent Licensure of LMHC or LICSW
- At least 2 years experience working with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and Co-Occurring Disorders (COD)
- Knowledge of Evidenced Based Practices and service systems.
- Must be three years post licensure at the independent level of licensure for the discipline, specific to the clinician’s training and expertise
- 1 year supervisory or managerial experience in a similar setting
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience at the master’s level
- Experience with adult service systems including DMH and various levels of care
- Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
