Location Orlando

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 Hourly (Based on experience)
Shift: Full-time, hours will be Monday-Friday from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm shift
Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay and Paid Holidays

Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment
Highly preferred someone mechanically able to repair light plumbing and small repairs.
Bilingual Preferred

Position Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician ensures cleanliness through continuous monitoring and cleaning of facility
This role will maintain a clean facility by emptying trash barrels, wiping down walls, and moping areas that cannot be reach with the scrubber equipment
Maintenance Technicians report any problems with cleaning equipment or out of stock cleaning materials to management
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

0 to 6 plus months general experience
