** This position is on-site in Atlanta, GA or Richmond, VA **We are seeking a highly skilled BI Tools Product Owner with a technical background in Business Intelligence tools and Agile project management. This role is responsible for overseeing implementations, administration, and support of a suite of BI tools (Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, Alteryx, Sigma, Trix), managing change and incident management processes, ensuring operational efficiency across the BI platform, and supporting teammates with policy and process-related questions. Additionally, this role will coordinate the onboarding of new BI tools and provide training on incident and change management processes for team members. The ideal candidate will also drive the execution of BI initiatives in Rally PM TOOL, supporting both ongoing and future platform improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- BI Platform Management: Oversee the administration, implementations, and issue resolution for related BI tools including Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, Alteryx, Sigma, and Trix. Manage and support processes for system stability, performance, and scalability.
- Agile & Rally Management: Act as the Rally Product Owner for BI tools, ensuring that all work aligns with business objectives. Approve stories, manage technical debt, asset hardening, patching, and track progress on horizontal activities.
- Change & Incident Management: Lead the change management process for BI tools, ensuring changes are approved and documented. Manage incident and problem tickets to ensure prompt resolution and minimal service disruption.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure BI tools and services align with business needs. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and communicate updates.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks to BI tool support and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures. Maintain documentation for audits and support disaster recovery initiatives.
- Performance & Efficiency: Drive operating efficiencies through performance improvements and implement automation opportunities to optimize BI operations.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide quarterly updates and presentations for Program Increments (PI). Represent BI tools in meetings, including SLA, OPEX (Operational Excellence) and Organizational Stand-ups.
- Onboarding New BI Tools: Coordinate the onboarding of new BI tools, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
- Training: Provide training on incident and change management processes to new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to follow best practices and maintain operational standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 3+ years of banking, financial services, digital, or other relevant work experience
- 2+ years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience
- Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of trends in technology and in the financial services industry
- Ability to learn and translate technically complex concepts into business-friendly terminology
- Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, to analyze and communicate complex information to business leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BI tools (Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, Alteryx, Sigma, Trix).
- Strong technical background in BI operations with hands-on experience in upgrades, migrations, and incident management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Rally or similar tools for managing product initiatives.
- Experience in change management, incident/problem management, and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships and drive results.
- Experience in change management, incident/problem management, and ITIL best practices
- Strong mentoring and training abilities to support new team members.
- Certifications in BI tools, Agile (e.g., Scrum Master), or ITIL.
- Experience with cloud-based BI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
