Join our Team as a Business Planning Intern!

The Role:

We’re seeking a motivated Business Planning Intern to join our team this Summer 2026! This internship offers hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis, where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into strategic business planning, data analysis, project management and corporate communication. You’ll collaborate with the TMHNA FP&A and Accounting team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the Business Planning & Financial Analysis department's various functions, including streamline reporting, communication management, Power BI dashboard creation, and continuous improvement activities for critical business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 
  • Highly proficient in data analysis, summarizing, and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Displays a strong commitment to confidentiality of documents and integrity of the organization.
  • Has the maturity and poise to interact effectively with executives at the highest levels of the organization.

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Columbus, IN office and work remotely Thursdays and Fridays.

What You’ll Get in Return:

Wage - $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
