*Step into a busy, high-volume practice- physicians are currently booked 3 to 6 months out

Compensation:
*Guaranteed base salary that never goes away, plus WRVU bonus- current physicians are earning above the 75th percentile
*50 days of PTO upon partnership, with ample time off during the first two years
*2-year track to partnership
