What You'll Do

  • We are looking for a candidate who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is comfortable thinking outside of the box
  • Has a passion for relationship management, marketing and/or business with a strong comfortability with technology and analysis
  • The job requires an individual with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and is action oriented
  • The ideal candidate is intellectually curious and eager to learn
  • An individual with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate well with others. You bring fun and positive energy to the office
  • One that is highly motivated and enjoys being challenged


What You'll Bring

  • Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in the Northeastern University Co-op Program
  • The ideal candidate will have completed at least one prior co-op or internship experience, and has solid experience with Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • An ideal candidate will be capable of working independently. They will also need to work well with a variety of stakeholders within the marketing department and the regional office teams, and collaborate with team members on multi-step projects.
  • A student who has comfortability with advanced Excel functions (such as vlookup, index match, etc.) and previous experience with either CRM or databases is a plus.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program. Current college/university must have an existing co-op partnership with BCG's Global Services organization and recognize full-time employment as academic credit that will be part of the student's official transcript
  • Must meet the co-op program eligibility requirements of the current college/university's academic department and student must be approved by the college/university to participate in the co-op program
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of the co-op cycle (January-June)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
