Description:We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a new leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will form and lead the PO Performance team as part of our expansion of the expediting team in Aguadilla, PR.

This leader will be responsible to create a team, strategize on meeting the objectives, develop efficiencies and work to meet the administrative needs of buyers/ customers across the corporation.

Position will be virtual with some onsite presence required, subject to change at any time

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Demonstrated OneLM culture behaviors: collaborate to win, accelerate change, and hear and be heard.
* Proven track record of managing and leading projects/ teams.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Desired Skills:
* Strategic thinker with proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
* Experience with SAP/P2P or similar supply chain
management software.
* Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
* Demonstrated ability to proactively team with all levels of the organization.
* Ability to develop and lead cross-functional team-based projects.
* Self-starter with a proven orientation towards action and driving projects forward to completion.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
