Practice Setting & Clinical Details:

Model: 100% CRNA-only practice
ORs: 8
Daily Staff: 7 CRNAs
EMR: MedAxion
Case Types: ENDO, OB, GYN, Vascular, Peds, General, Ortho, Oral, ENT, Acute Pain Management, Trauma
Procedures Required: Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks
Case Logs Required: Must show recent experience with spinals, blocks, and epidurals

Requirements:

Board Certification: NBCRNA required
State License: Active New Mexico license required (not open to licensing)
DEA: Required
Credentialing Timeframe: days
