Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:
  • Valid and current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Proven experience in anesthesia care, including general, regional, pediatric, and specialized procedures
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced surgical setting

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with robotic-assisted procedures
  • Familiarity with gastrointestinal, OB, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries
  • Prior work in outpatient or ambulatory surgical centers
  • Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with CRNA certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice in surgical settings
  • Exposure to diverse case mixes including ENT, GI, GYN, orthopedic, pediatric, and minimally invasive procedures

Other Requirements:
  • State licensure and certification in good standing
  • Ability to work 5 days per week (day shift, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00)
  • Willingness to support up to 40-45 cases daily, supporting multiple ORs and outpatient areas
  • Possession or eligibility for required medical licenses, travel, and certification reimbursements
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety
