Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:
- Valid and current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Proven experience in anesthesia care, including general, regional, pediatric, and specialized procedures
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced surgical setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with robotic-assisted procedures
- Familiarity with gastrointestinal, OB, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries
- Prior work in outpatient or ambulatory surgical centers
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with CRNA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice in surgical settings
- Exposure to diverse case mixes including ENT, GI, GYN, orthopedic, pediatric, and minimally invasive procedures
Other Requirements:
- State licensure and certification in good standing
- Ability to work 5 days per week (day shift, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00)
- Willingness to support up to 40-45 cases daily, supporting multiple ORs and outpatient areas
- Possession or eligibility for required medical licenses, travel, and certification reimbursements
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety
