Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Anesthesia in Iowa

Position Type: Locum Tenens
Specialty: CRNA - Anesthesia
Location: Iowa
Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Surgery Days vary; OR Days: Wednesday & Thursday (Flexible), 4-8 shifts per month
Start Date: TBD
End Date: TBD

Position Details:

Work Setting: Outpatient - Surgery (Plastic Surgery Cases)
Shift Length: 7 AM - 4 PM
Clinic Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, OR starts at 7 AM
On-Call/Weekends: As needed
Procedures: Cosmetic surgeries including breast augmentation, reduction, face lift, abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty, and more.
Patient Volume: 1-3 cases per day depending on the length of cases.
Supervision: No supervision of APPs required.
Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 APP, 1 Surg Tech
EMR System: Cerner

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active IA License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED
Must be experienced - REQUIRED

Compensation & Reimbursement:

Orientation rate applies after 8 hours.
Holiday and overtime rates apply.
