$230,000 base salary
Eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision and other health insurance through the employer's group plan with an employer contribution for the medical plan, effective on the 1st of the month after your hire date

Employer provided Medical Malpractice insurance
401(k) and Profit-Sharing retirement plans participation is available after one year of employment
CME Courses: $1,600 max annual reimbursement
