CRNA Opportunity - Westchester County, New York Clinical Role
  • Permanent, full-time CRNA position

  • Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

  • Join a collaborative anesthesia team serving the Westchester region

  • Position is in collaboration with the Montefiore Department of Anesthesia

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-5:00p

    • No call

  • Practice in a patient-centered, team-based anesthesia care model

  • Work alongside experienced anesthesiologists and perioperative staff

Position Overview

The CRNA serves as an integral member of the anesthesia care team, delivering safe, high-quality anesthetic care across a wide range of surgical and diagnostic procedures. Responsibilities include pre-anesthetic assessment, anesthesia administration, continuous monitoring, and post-anesthesia care. The role emphasizes vigilance, communication, and collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This position supports the organization's mission to provide evidence-based, compassionate care aligned with clinical excellence and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia services for a broad range of patients and procedures

  • Perform preoperative evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans

  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

  • Continuously monitor patients' physiological status during procedures

  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing, and perioperative teams

  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program

  • Current, unencumbered New York State RN and/or APRN license

  • Board certified or board eligible CRNA

  • Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality care

Practice Environment
  • EMR: Meditech

  • No visa candidates, unfortunately

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $240,000-$250,000 annually
