This individual will develop and implement communication strategies and tactical work plans for these internal clients, managing content creation from concept to execution. They will adhere to timelines and project schedules, partner with design and production staff, on creative needs and obtain internal approvals as appropriate. As communication liaison for Customer Service and Plan Sponsor Relations, they will serve as the primary contact for the Managing Director of Plan Sponsor Relations and Managing Director of Customer Service, providing guidance and insight into communications as well as providing valuable context back to the Communications department relative to plan sponsor needs. More specifically, as a Communications Content Manager you will have the following key responsibilities: Communications Content Manager Benefits and Compensation: Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: • Problem Solving: Problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to help identify root causes and key obstacles behind issues or needs. Able to consider audience needs and expectations and offer effective communication solutions, particularly when communicating potentially sensitive issues. Act in a consultative manner, offering solutions at the outset of a project or strategy session.
