Qualifications:

OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Senior Program Manager, the Connections Program Administrator works as administrative and direct support as needed to individuals with community integration and employment. The Connections Program Administrator will ensure operational functions are completed administratively as described below.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONNEL: Provide direct support, and role-modeling to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in the Connections Program. Assess training needs for enhanced client knowledge and supports and schedule staff for additional training as needed. Monitor time sheets to justify billings and correct coding. Works closely with the Quality Assurance and Training Specialist to onboard new staff and support with on-going training for existing staff.

ADMINISTRATION AND RECORD KEEPING: Schedule staff to ensure that client needs are addressed. Keep schedules up to date as needed, ensuring there is adequate staff coverage for any cancellations that occur, and communicate with the Program Coordinators any programmatic changes. Update staff's scheduling calendars in EMR using centralized scheduling. Assigns monthly summaries and makes changes to monthly assignments as needed. Submit billing in a timely manner.

PROGRAM COORDINATION/PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Serves as advocate on behalf of the individual, program, or agency. Train staff in methods and strategies needed to implement ISA outcomes and supports. Ensure that all regulations are adhered to.

CLIENT ADVOCACY AND NETWORKING: Assists Program Coordinators with locating and contacting community resources for integration and employment opportunities. Ensures all client timesheets are updated and recorded weekly. Will serve as back-up for the DSPs as needed.

*In addition to the above, performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Typing skills, Windows skills, both typing and navigating and e-mail usage.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Valid Driver's License
