Job Description
Our large FinServ client is seeking a Content Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 4 days a week in Southlake, TX
Other location options include Lone Tree, CO and Austin, TX ( you would be fully remote, but must be available for occasional onsite meetings)
Role Summary
The Content Manager will play a strategic role in supporting organizational change initiatives for a Fortune 500 financial services client. This position partners with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to streamline content processes, manage reporting frameworks, and provide insights that drive effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong content management expertise with analytical skills and advanced collaboration capabilities.
Top Must-Have Skills
Advanced SharePoint skills for managing and optimizing content hubs
Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities
Proven ability to create structured communication frameworks and feedback loops
Additional Qualifications
6 - 10 years of experience in content management, communications, or content strategy
Experience partnering with OCM and Communications teams on large-scale transformation projects
Ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong organizational and project management skills
Familiarity with financial services industry is a plus
Responsibilities
Partner with OCM team to streamline STS Transformation Hub and maintain SharePoint content integrity
Support MySource framework for clean data entry and accurate reporting
Develop and manage reporting cadence and feedback mechanisms to track communication effectiveness
Analyze trends and share insights with Communications and Change teams to inform strategy
Ensure alignment of content processes with overall transformation objectives
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
