Hourly Rate: $20
SHIFT OPENINGS ALL IN CST:
10x Tues-Sat 8am- 5pm CST
10x Tues- Sat 11am- 8pm CST
10x Sun-Thurs 8am-5pm CST
10x Sun-Thurs 11am-8pm CST

Interview Process:
- All will be done via Zoom
- Duration 30 minutes
- Interview Dates:
- Monday 12/8 , Tuesday 12/9 and Wednesday 12/10
- Ability to handle large amounts of user generated content
- Able to deal with sensitive situations and malicious content online (text, images, video)
- Ability to be objective instead of subjective
- Capable of being emotionally resilient and
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on a team
- Critical thinking and investigative skills
- Ability to adapt to on-the-fly situations and process changes
- Not afraid to ask for a 2nd opinion or help a teammate with a decision; does not work in a silo
- Excitement about and knowledge of popular video gaming communities and culture
- Can recognize common internet slang and memes and able to keep up with what is popular
- Understanding of social media content creation and the impacts it can have once public
Preferred Qualifications:
- Content moderation experience
- Has a successful wellness routine
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, SQL
- Previous experience with: self-harm red flags, law enforcement escalations, Terrorist and Violent Extremist content (TVEC), Abhorrent Violent Material (AVM), NCMEC reporting
- Experience in creating content
