Content Scheduling Associate

As a Content Scheduling Associate with a leading global entertainment company, you’ll play a key role in optimizing content rollout strategies and maximizing audience engagement for a popular streaming platform. Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a team of passionate professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier entertainment experiences to millions of viewers worldwide. Be a part of a dynamic team that sets the release strategy for original content, using data-driven insights to craft the optimal rollout plan. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, analyze performance data, and keep a pulse on competitive releases to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of the streaming landscape.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update content scheduling information, communicating changes to cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in production meetings to stay informed on launch timing updates and potential impacts on scheduling.
  • Analyze performance data to recommend strategies for improving audience engagement and scheduling effectiveness.
  • Monitor competitive release schedules and analyze their strategies.
  • Contribute to long-term and ad-hoc projects.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience at a major media company or in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to apply data insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Passion for TV, film, and programming strategy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Airtable, NPOWER, Tableau, Keynote, and Numbers.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.63 to $45.15 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
