Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Java and React technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a deep understanding of full-stack development, with a particular emphasis on Java and React frameworks. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment to deliver innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to project timelines.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Java programming language.
• Strong experience with React framework for building user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of full-stack development principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java or React development are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
