Sr. Engineer – Conversational AI & Front-End (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Remote | Duration: ~8 months with potential for full-time l Unable to provide sponsorship to any candidate

What You’ll Do:

✅ Develop conversational bots using platforms like ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Microsoft Copilot, Genesys Cloud CX

✅ Design intuitive, accessible front-end interfaces for chat, web, and voice

✅ Integrate solutions with enterprise systems via RESTful APIs

✅ Optimize NLP models, dialog flows, and UI components for performance and compliance

✅ Drive improvements through customer journey mapping and data-driven insights

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5+ years in conversational AI and front-end engineering

✔ Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and frameworks (React/Vue)

✔ Experience with multiple conversational platforms

✔ Strong understanding of NLP, UI/UX principles, and enterprise integration

✔ Familiarity with agile, DevOps, CI/CD
