Job Description
Support the firm's financial reporting, workforce analytics, budgeting, and business intelligence initiatives through the development and maintenance of reporting solutions, data analysis, and financial models. Maintain data integrity across financial systems and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.Primary Responsibilities and/or Essential Functions:
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance and development of Power BI reporting system.
- Assist in providing consistent, accurate financial information for client, governmental and benchmarking surveys.
- Performs quality control of various financial information, ensures data integrity across different financial databases.
- Assist with annual business planning and budget process.
- Any additional responsibilities as required by management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 2+ Years of experience in Financial Analysis
- Comprehensive analytical and problem solving skills including financial modeling experience
- Proficient with MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot modeling, DAX and OLAP formulas). Working knowledge of Power BI or other visualization software. Advanced knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Elite 3E database structure is highly desirable.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently, and as part of a team, successfully managing multiple assignments and changing priorities
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (in Economics/Accounting, Data Science or Computer Science) with demonstrated familiarity with accounting and programming fundamentals.
Estimated salary range is $75,000 - $85,000. Compensation decisions within the range are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
