CPG required VP Head of Global Creative Services
Job Description
Our client, a leading CPG + beauty company, is looking for a full-time VP-level Head of Global Creative Services to join their team in Fairfield County, CT.
This is a hybrid onsite / remote role, and will be 4 days onsite at their headquarters (and Fridays remote). EASY commute by train from NYC Grand Central
**MUST HAVE GLOBAL CPG experience and managed a very large team as this role oversees 100+ people***
This executive will shape their creative vision, elevate brand storytelling, and drive best-in-class content across packaging, digital, ecommerce, and omnichannel marketing.
The Head of Global Creative Services will:
-lead + develop a large, global team across creative, production, operations, and content
-set a unified creative vision, and ensure consistent, high-quality output across all their various brands
-partner with product, marketing, sales, and ecommerce to align on creative
-drive innovation using technology and AI to improve quality, efficiency, and customer conversion
-build scalable workflows, optimize resource allocation, and improve speed-to-market
-present strategy / recommendations to senior leadership
The Head of Global Creative Services has:
-ideally 15+ years of experience in creative, with leadership background from global consumer brands, or creative agencies
-proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary global teams
-expertise in packaging, digital / ecommerce content, and omnichannel creative
-proficiency in creative tools, DAM / workflow systems, and AI-driven production software
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
