Creative Director - ART SIDE, Sports Partnerships
Job Description
Creative Circle manages an internal agency on behalf of a financial services client. We are seeking a Creative Director (with a Design background) to join the team. This position will begin January 2026 and will be approximately six months
This role will require 40 hours per week and will be offsite.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining creative direction on sponsorship initiatives heavily focused on sports sponsorships
- Overseeing a high volume of assets (digital, print, out of home) and ensuring accuracy to the brand standards, current campaigns, and voice
- Building and leading a team on all production design assets and/or managing an external agency responsible for production deliverables
- Working with Executive Creative Leadership and Project Management team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets
MUST HAVE: omni-channel/multi-channel campaigns, including static design (e.g., signage, invitations, social media), motion (social media, hype videos, in-stadium graphics), environmental / event (like a VIP hospitality event, fan engagement activities ex: a photo booth), and non-traditional placements (e.g., a race car, branded merch, bespoke wardrobe pieces)
Requirements:
- Experience with sponsorship creative, ideally with experience within sports sponsorships (leagues, major tournaments, major events, etc.)
- Ability to work within brand guidelines and maintaining campaign consistency on existing sponsorships while setting creative direction on any new sponsorship campaigns
- Experience from the Design side
- Ability to problem solve and support senior level stakeholders
