Aquent Studios is currently seeking a strong analytically minded person to support Digital projects/assets on behalf of our  Global Beauty Brand Team. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in managing digital projects and working with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and delivery of digital campaigns. This person should be a problem solver, a keeper of details, and possess critical thinking skills to operate with a data driven mindset.

They will be responsible to roll up information in presentations, dashboards or spreadsheets as needed to keep stakeholders informed on campaign history, status and projections. This candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to speak to stakeholders and other agencies of varying levels of technical knowledge.

Job Responsibilities Include:
• Digital campaign tracking, duration and results
• Work closely with key cross-functional teams to interpret and document campaign results
• Ability to recognize and report campaign trends
• Manage own work product, schedules and deliverables
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Manage several projects simultaneously, working closely with the Data Analyst to ensure the deliverables meet client requirements.
• Have strong communications skills and excellent Client management experience.
• Coordinate small team during internal status meetings, delivering a high-level roll-up of multiple campaign's status to leadership stakeholders
• Translate client requirements into action plans and communicate those requirements to the team
• Respond to Client escalations that include backend data unknowns
• Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple digital projects in different environments and with different resources at once. Ensure brand compliance.
• Look at complex digital environments and clearly present solutions and what resources are required to get job done
• Track/analyze projects on a daily and weekly basis to ensure that all deliverables are on track for on-time and on-budget delivery
• Escalate any issues that may affect the path forward. This should be done collaboratively with the Client, but with well-thought-out solution-focused recommendations
• Manage relationships with other vendors Epsilon, Lasik and Timesworld
• Manage billing of properties

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in managing digital projects from beginning to end and leading the work of others

Compensation Range: $55-$60/hr

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
