Role Overview:
Customer & Business Solutions Representative III. This role is highly dynamic, covering all aspects of customer service—from assisting with product selection and order processing to managing inventory.
But that's not all! You might also gain hands-on experience in the warehouse, including stocking and retrieving items, making deliveries, operating a forklift, and assisting with maintaining a clean and organized office. Talk about a well-rounded role!

A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:
Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
Prepare reports with minimal supervision
Act as informal team lead
Ensure administrative tasks are completed
What You Bring to the Role:
4+ years of experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)
The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:
The base compensation for this position ranges from $19.93 to $25.74 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
