Based in Clearwater, FL we have an exciting position for a Customer Success Advisor who will be joining our customer service team The Customer Success Advisor will directly contribute towards ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable service experience. You will be working with diverse customers, this Customer Success Advisor role is perfect for you if you like working with people, empathetic and a good listener. Day-to-day Functions of the Customer Success Advisor : Directly engage with customers and recommend service solutions that suit their needs. Promote and sell our service solutions in alignment with our offerings. Engage and build lasting relationships with customers while meeting their service preferences. Use CRM tools to track engagement, service insights and identify upsell opportunities. Partake in ongoing Customer Success Advisor training in order to sharpen your sales and customer service skills. Collaborate with fellow Customer Success Advisors to share industry knowledge, best practices and meet team goals. Maintain up to date records of customer interactions, sales and campaign insights. Skills and Qualifications of the Customer Success Advisor: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Bonus points if you have Customer Success, Customer Service or Sales experience Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a variety of customers.
