We are hiring Senior Data Analyst!
Role: Senior Data Analyst
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Onsite – McLean, VA
Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in data analysis, ETL processes, and the mortgage industry. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex datasets and cutting-edge tools to drive strategic insights and improve data quality across business units. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, build data pipelines, and deliver impactful analytics solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with 2 years of hands-on experience in the mortgage industry
- Proficient with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data pipeline development.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, RDBMS databases, MongoDB, and NoSQL
- Strong experience with Informatica Cloud, including Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
- Solid understanding of the mortgage industry; multifamily experience preferred
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and communicate insights effectively
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and independently
Preferred Skills:
- Strong project management capabilities
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of mortgage industry compliance
