Salary Range: $100,000-$117,000

Role Summary:
The Data Analytics Specialist transforms raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role involves creating reports, dashboards, and metrics, and requires collaboration across departments of an AMLaw Top 10 law firm in NYC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to understand business goals and translate them into data solutions
- Design and develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Maintain data models, queries, and scripts for reporting
- Work with data warehouse concepts and ETL best practices
- Ensure data integrity while performing extraction, analysis, and advanced analytics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or data management
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and warehousing
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
