JOB SUMMARY: - Develop, design, validate, help implement, and deliver E-Learning courses. - Lead projects that interconnect talent development programs for end to end technology learning. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leverage adult learning theory to develop quality e-learning programs and engaging learning resources - Collaborate with content experts from various departments and across functions to ensure quality and accuracy of all training materials and adherence to deadlines. - Develop and/or procures graphics and content to incorporate into e-learning applications. - Create scripts/storyboards when planning for a new online learning module or video. - Manage and load training to aligned learning management systems to ensure eLearning courses function properly and are accessible to trainees. - Serve as producer for virtual classroom sessions. - Research third-party learning tools and solutions, and provide recommendations for improving existing offerings and resources. - Maintain and update existing eLearning courses. And much more! Education - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. Relevant Work Experience - At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design and eLearning. - Experience integrating social learning platforms into training programs. - Experience developing custom learning solutions for diverse target audiences. Additional - Experience recording and editing audio narration. - Knowledge of web standards, best practices, and web browser compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile environments - Knowledge of web languages, HTML, JavaScript, Management of Learning Management System (LMS). - Advanced expertise with multiple e-learning development tools (e.g. Camtasia, Flash, Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, GoAnimate, GOMO). - Experience in controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines. - Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education - Bachelor’s Degree or higher with preferred fields of study to include Education, Instructional Design. The anticipated salary range for this position:
$73,840.00 - $107,120.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
