Apex Systems has an immediate need for a DevOps Engineer for a large Communication client of ours!!

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • 2+ years of experience in an Azure environment
  • 1+years of experience with D365 CRM Platform
  • 1+ years of experience as a D365 Administrator/doing D365 Administration tasks

Title: DevOps Engineer

Duration: Direct hire/Permanent

Location: 100% remote on EST hours

Pay Rate: $70,000 - $81,000 annually contingent upon experience

Job Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of application environments, with a focus on system reliability, automation, and seamless deployment pipelines. This critical role will focus on the administration, stability and efficiency of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM and our financial transaction processing.

We are looking for someone who can proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, support CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with teams across IT, Development, and Operations to enhance system performance and enable effective service delivery. Responsibilities include supporting legacy applications as well as driving the transition to cloud-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
  • Proven experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure support roles
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automation tools
  • Broad understanding of content and content organization
  • Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, React, SQL, and optionally Python or T-SQL
  • Experience with SQL and troubleshooting data flow/integration issues
  • Excellent verbal, written, and other media communication skills
  • Integrative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a team
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
