Our agency client is seeking a strategic and operationally minded Director of SEO Account Management to support their growing demand. This role will work closely with other Directors to manage client relationships, oversee team performance, and ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in organic SEO strategies and content optimization.

Director of SEO Account Management Responsibilities:
- Lead and train a team of 5-8 Client Experience Managers
- Support client retention and manage a limited book of business
- Monitor scopes, time tracking, and HubSpot reporting
- Conduct spot checks on meetings and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to processes and hold team members accountable
- Collaborate on Zoom revenue initiatives tied to HubSpot
- Provide bandwidth oversight and operational support

Director of SEO Account Management Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in client experience and 3+ years of experience managing people
- Strong background in organic digital marketing and agency environments
- Experience in professional services
- Proficiency in HubSpot
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
