The Director of Skilled Clinical Services at Stellar Senior Living is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing all skilled clinical services in the Colorado area. This individual will be a critical member of the leadership team, ensuring high-quality care is provided to our senior residents and creating a positive and supportive work environment for our healthcare team. Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field; master's degree preferred.
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a long-term care or senior living setting.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of state and federal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.


What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of skilled clinical services, including nursing, therapy, and ancillary services in our Colorado communities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Mentor and lead the healthcare team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain budgetary goals for skilled clinical services.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team to ensure open communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to healthcare team members.
  • Participate in community outreach efforts to promote the skilled clinical services offered at our location.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
