The Director of Patient Care Services (Director) at Saint Luke's East Hospital (SLEH) is accountable for the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of Acute Care Services across assigned departments. This role reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and works in close partnership with the Director supporting Critical Care Services, as well as a collaborative team of Directors across the entity to ensure consistency, equity, and alignment of processes, resources, and standards of care throughout the hospital.

The Director provides leadership for a complex portfolio that includes five direct-report department managers and two matrixed reporting relationships.
