Job Description
Our fast-growing client in the beauty industry is seeking a FULL-TIME eCommerce Specialist to join their team! This role is onsite at the client's office in Addison four days a week with the ability to work remotely on Fridays.
We're looking for someone with deep Shopify specialization and technical fluency. Ideally, this person has:
- Extensive experience working with Shopify apps and widely used vendors like Rebuy, Yotpo, and Octane AI
- A strong testing mindset - someone who has run landing page tests, quiz optimizations, and explored upsell/cross-sell strategies
- Solid analytical skills - able to interpret performance data quickly, identify issues during high-volume promo and product launch periods, and proactively communicate findings (e.g., YoY traffic shifts, checkout issues, etc.)
- Comfort with customer analytics, including breaking down performance by cohort (New vs. Returning), AOV by segment, and surfacing patterns or gaps that can drive strategy
In short, we need someone who can own the ecommerce experience top to bottom - from tech stack to site performance to customer behavior insights - and move quickly and independently.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
