Role Overview:

An EDI Coordinator & Analyst has strong problem-solving skills along with a focus on operational accuracy and process support. The EDI Coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure clean data, maximize rebates, and improve the overall approach to programs. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who understands both technical EDI setups and the business implications behind rebates, SKUs, and market intelligence.

A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:

  • Coordinate with vendors to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

  • Reconcile monthly sales and inventory.

  • Reconcile year-end material balances, purchases, sales, and inventory.

  • Monitor and manage the EDI error report.

  • Handle manual submission of sales and inventory data, ensuring accurate unit of measure (UOM) alignment for supplier reporting.

  • Manage master data cleanup.

  • Manage list price along with pallet size and terms.

What You Bring to this Role:

  • 3+ years of experience in EDI, supply chain, finance, or data analysis

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)

  • Intermediate-to-advanced Power BI skills are preferred

  • Experience with JDE, ERP systems, or XML data structures is preferred

  • A background in agriculture, crop protection, or supply chain is highly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $67,700 - $90,240. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.

  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
