About the Role

As a Sales Leader, you’ll begin by mastering our proven sales process and quickly move into leading a team of 6-8 sales professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on a leadership role in a rapidly expanding, remote environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Master the Sales Process: Quickly learn and excel in our sales methods.
• Lead a Sales Team: Develop strong leadership skills to mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals.
• Set and Achieve Sales Goals: Work with your team to set, track, and achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Utilize Scripts Effectively: Learn and use our scripts to maximize client engagement and sales success.
• Maintain Client Relationships: Ensure ongoing contact with clients to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Keep clients happy and engaged, ensuring long-term success.
• Monitor Performance: Generate and evaluate reports, track progress toward sales targets, and evaluate team performance.
• Lead Sales Meetings: Participate in and eventually take charge of team meetings to inspire and motivate your team.
• Develop Motivational Materials: Create materials to keep the team motivated and on track.
• Evaluate and Improve: Investigate and address areas for improvement in sales processes and team performance.
