Job Description
Equine Medicine Internal Specialist in Decatur City metro area for comprehensive horse care and treatment. Key responsibilities: Diagnose and treat complex equine medical conditions including colic, pneumonia, and critical care cases, perform advanced diagnostic procedures using ultrasound, digital radiography, and endoscopy, conduct laboratory testing and interpret results, administer medications and manage fluid therapy, provide wound care and nutritional management, and assist with reproductive health procedures. Minimum 2 years’ experience in equine medicine including proficiency in horse diagnostic imaging, laboratory analysis expertise, strong critical care capabilities, bachelor's degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine, available for daily work rotating shifits Monday - Sunday 24/7 and willing to travel within 100-mile radius of clinic.
