Summary:
Performs services related to Materials Management, self-serve supply functions, minor patient care equipment logistics, including the supervision of a Par process for insuring that equipment is clean, available, and ready for intended use.


Responsibilities:
1. Help develop, implement, operate and maintain patient care equipment and supply logistics program.
2. Provides for Equipment and Supplies at Par Locations and the Self-Serve work areas as designated.
3. Communicates with all staff.
4. Demonstrates knowledge and skill necessary to provide appropriate care based on the age of the patients served.
5. Communicates with team members, and other care providers regarding equipment and supplies.
6. Provides oversight and guidance to new personnel.
7. Takes and active role in self-development.
8. Performs miscellaneous duties, as needed.

Education Requirements:
• High school graduate or GED.
• Successful completion of basic Supervisory courses.
License/Certification Requirements:
• None.
Professional Experience Requirements:
• Supply/Logistics experience is preferred.
