Please review the following job description:

Responsible for accurate and efficient printing and processing of internal and external client and bank-related correspondence while ensuring deadlines are met and efficient operations are maintained on automated processing equipment. Diligently work to mitigate risk exposure and protect client confidentially while ensuring compliance with the Truist Information Security standards.

Part-time role (25-30 hours per week). May require occasional Saturday schedule. Work schedule: 11 AM-4 PM

***Please note this role requires the ability to lift/pull/push 50 pounds or more. Equipment that will be used is 100 pounds. This is throughout the work day.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Independently process client mailings using a variety of automated equipment while following guidelines and requirements in order to be in compliance, maximize discounts and optimize service.

2. Perform quality checks on client mailings, documents and envelopes on a routine basis according to documented procedures.

3. Reconcile diverted and damaged pieces. Research out-of-balance pieces and implement appropriate corrective action.

4. Complete and maintain with accuracy any documentation for any required logs, dual control tasks and forms.

5. Ensure clear and effective communication with Management on topics such as inventory, meeting deadlines, reporting and escalating potential production or quality issues and recommendations on improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent education and related training.

2. Ability to work in an area governed by production standards and work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.

3. Effective problem identification and resolution skills.

4. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
