Summary:
This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Managing Director of Sales. The Executive Sales Assistant provides general and administrative support to the Managing Director of Sales and Sales Executives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bi-weekly business development meetings – responsible for compiling and distributing meeting agenda and collateral
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed for internal and external meetings
- Provide Support With
- Drafting emails and prospect/client communications
- Tracking prospect and client meetings
- Coordinating social, training and sporting events for clients and prospects
- Managing use of social media to promote NFP brand and support prospecting efforts
- Support Managing Director and Producers with various projects
- Provide administrative support to Managing Director, including:
- Preparation and submission of expense reports
- Calendar Management – schedule meetings, send reminders, prepare materials
- Proofread materials before distribution
- Coordinate travel
- Maintaining MD’s Pipeline in Salesforce, including
- Entering and updating qualified opportunities for prospects and upsell/cross sell
- Maintaining notes in Sales Force
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
- Project management
- Strong written/oral communication
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow through with minimal direction
- Demonstrates flexibility, has positive attitude and sense of humor
- Self-starter; ability to think proactively and make process improvements when necessary
Education and/or Experience:
- 1 + year experience in insurance industry preferred
- BA/BS
- Experience with Sales Force preferred
- Strong in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Social Media – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook/Workplace, Instagram

The base salary range for this position is $74,000 – $108,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
